I was recommended by a team member to share online when I expressed frustration with signage today so here I am. I was very disappointed with the sale signage today and will now approach all REI sale racks at this location with wariness. I picked up a Kuhl hoodie from this rack. At the register I was told it was not 25% off. I went back to the rack and took this photo and was told “you picked a hoodie, not a sweater” 😳 very misleading signage. Don’t love this practice and disappointed with REI. I am glad I was careful today and will be sure to do my due diligence always here.
