I had to approach the bar to request assistance, and even after calling Bowlero directly, no one followed up or came to help. I was informed that menus with QR codes were available, but none were provided at our lane—I had to walk around to other lanes to locate one myself. We had a group of six bowlers and were nearly finished with our first game before anyone even acknowledged us. The lack of service and communication was unacceptable for a business of this type.
