  Horrible experience. Was charged for 6 games, even though I only bowled 3 with my friend. The employee doubled down that the policy was 2 people (in 1 lane) playing 3 games...equals getting charged for 6. Additionally, it was advertised on all their TVs that if you paid for 2 games, the 3rd would be 50% off. So, being charged for 6, it would make sense that 2 (or at the very least, 1) games would be 50% off. No, we were charged full price for 6. Add to that, the waitress took a long time to ever take our order and bring it to our lane. The only thing she hurried to bring was the check. Horrible experience, and I've worked service jobs before. Absolutely abhorrent business model.

  We recently hosted a birthday party at Lucky Strike Aliso Viejo, and it was a wonderful experience. The facility is very clean and well maintained, and the restrooms are close to the party area, which made it very convenient for a kids’ party. The party decorations were super cute, and the food was awesome. A special thank you to Rosie and Frank, who helped us from the beginning of the booking process all the way to the end of the party. They were attentive and made us feel like very important customers. Everything ran smoothly, and the kids had a great time. I highly recommend Lucky Strike Aliso Viejo for birthday parties and celebrations.

  This is my 2nd review and 2nd visit at lucky strike aliso viejo. I am really impressed with the food. The chef is making incredible food I have to say. I enjoy bowling while eating. I had the pizza and Mahi Mahi bowl. I can't wait to come back.

  It’s a great design however if you are there to bowl you want a clean lane and easy access to balls you may be disappointed. Not one person was removing any balls from the lanes so when we started the game there was so many balls we couldnt even put another one in or tell which ball was which for our turn. I’ve been bowling all my life and never seen a bowling alley that doesn’t clear the balls. They were also understaffed in the bar for a place this large to accommodate drinks. For the price I was pretty disappointed in those things which are the most important to my bowling experience. I should have taken a pic but just imagine every lane full of balls and no space for another . I wasn’t about to go putting them away in our paid time. Serious bummer since it’s within walking distance.
