  We had a great experience at Lucky Strike! We started off at the bar since there were no lanes available, and we were greeted by Anita. She was super friendly, always smiling, and had such a quirky sense of humor with her jokes—it instantly made us feel welcome. We ordered the Mango Margarita and an Old Fashioned, along with the double smash burger, mahi tacos, and buffalo cauliflower bites. Everything was absolutely amazing! I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone—this will be our go-to spot from now on. Thanks, Anita, for making us feel so welcome!

  I came in with my husband and were immediately greeted by Anita, who made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked in. She is funny, amazing, and incredibly attentive. Her energy really set the tone and made our experience so much better. We’ll definitely be back because of her!

  My family absolutely loves it! They have an awesome selection of video games in their arcade, great food which is toddler approved, and my son now is an avid bowler. The staff is very courteous, excellent customer service. They have gone above and beyond for us. They have definitely earned our business as regulars for the foreseeable future.

  We arrived at 2:00 PM as walk-ins and were added to the waitlist. After checking in, we were told we were third in line, then later first, yet staff could not give us any estimated wait time. After nearly three hours of waiting, we were told that new same-day online reservations were being prioritized, meaning walk-in guests who had been waiting on-site for hours had no clear path to bowl. We were eventually told we might get a lane around 7:00 PM, with no guarantee. When we asked to speak with a manager, she said she needed to look into it, walked away, and never returned to speak with us. This appears to be a serious issue with how reservations and walk-ins are managed. The lack of transparency, communication, and basic customer support was extremely disappointing. The only reason this isn’t a one-star review is because the bartender provided great service and the food was good. Otherwise, we left without bowling after hours of waiting and no resolution.

  My family has made it tradition to at least go once a week. We had enjoyed it, the staff has been wonderful. But we went at 12/30 around 5:30 pm lane 32 our server was Sydnie, horrible waiter didn't offer water, we had ordered the nachos, didn't bring plates or napkins and around that time frame it seemed it was dying down. Just hope we don't experience that horrible customer service again.. we also had wanted to get another set of drinks and pressed the waiter button on the screen never stopped by..
