I've been coming here for years with great experiences. I recently took my grandbaby who is 5yrs old. $100 for 4 people to bowl one game!? Wow! I know they are under new ownership and it's looks great, but the service was just okay and the food the same. I think I'll stick with Castro Valley Bowl.

Very rude and unprofessional. Showed up in person and was told that there is a wait line for an hour and half. So they took my number to txt me when it is my turn. Came back an hour later and they told me they had already txted me but I haven’t received any. Still they didn’t give us a line and told to wait for one more hour. I think they deliberately dismissed us because we had a Groupon coupon! Very disappointed, won’t recommend.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. We called ahead and were clearly told that our reservation at Lucky Strike Alameda was confirmed. We planned our time around it, showed up, and then they casually told us there was no reservation under our name.
They straight up lied. No accountability, no proper apology—just a complete waste of our time. We lost hours because of their incompetence and lack of professionalism.
On top of that, one of the staff members—a woman with pink hair—was extremely rude and dismissive, acting like it wasn’t their problem at all. Totally unacceptable.
Do NOT go here. Save your time and energy—this place is not worth it. 👎

My family came here this past weekend for a relative birthday. I brung a gift flowers and a small cake. The security guard told me that I have to have a reservation in order to bring a cake and flowers and the gift wasn’t allowed cause it contained wine. So I left the gift, cake and flowers at the security desk so I could walk in to see if there was a reservation. My cousin came up front and she took her gift to the car since it did contain wine. The same security guard followed me around and harassed me for over 5 minutes saying if I don’t follow the rules he would escort me and my whole family 42 people out. I was so confused cause the items was at his security desk and not inside with me. I then started talking to the manager and he still followed me threatening to escort me. The manager apologized and asked if I leave a 5 star review they would allow me to bring the cake inside. This was such a horrible experience.
