I’m very very very disappointed
Let me explain my whole experience
1- I go play in this lucky strike 3-4 time every single week (with my own balls my own shoes
Anyway I will say the truth I come to this one because I life in Alameda and the price not bad for unlimited bowling
But what make me very very upset 2 things
1- every single time I go I have to pray to have a good workers to see me I have my own everything and give me a line have oil because it’s up to the workers I really not understand that as I am I have my own everything and you guys seen me a lot that’s mean I’m play to be a professional and how they deal with me not understanding like yesterday they give me line I believe last time they do oil on it when they open the place I play 2-3 game and I left because no point for play
2- I’m ok and I believe a lot of people ok to you guys do something as vip line and charge a little bit extra on them and make those line for people care about important things like oil and good line to play on it and stuff like that
Or you guys do it as a membership and choose some line for that
I understand the most they don’t care about any of those things but you guys have 40 line if you make 5 as vip and do a service on them every day and charge for example 10 dollars extra to play on that line it’s will be win win for you guys let say a whole workers only care about those line and you pay him the extra 10 dollars for example will make us pay the workers pay check
Also for people care about play we need to know when you guys do oil and how many time a week so I don’t come and waste my money and time for play on dry line
Thank you so much and I’m very happy for place like that and I wish everything change to better hope great for you

The old saying always warned us "beware of things that have strings attached, you may not get what you are expecting". This adage especially rings true for this bowling center and it's new bowling pinsetters.
Something about pins on strings makes the entire bowling experience turn sour. This lucky strike bowling center has turned Pinocchio, destroying the entire bowling experience. Pin acrion is severely dampened and restricted because of the strings and the results are, more often then not, unpredictable. 2 stars because it's still 95% good bowling just before it hits the pins...
