Everyone was super friendly and helpful, took the time to explain what was going on, and got her bike all fixed up for a really great price. I really appreciated how helpful and easy they made the whole experience. Definitely recommend them and will be going back for anything bike related in the future!

- LLLee LeBlancAug 5, 20265.0I was looking for a hardtail e-mountain bike. After looking online to see which store had the bike I wanted I came here to take a good look and see how well it fit. I am super impressed with the staff and how wonderful they are. I did purchase the Trek Marlin+6 with Cole helping me out. Thank you Cole! I felt very comfortable discussing the different specifications and prepping the bike to suit me prior to taking the test ride. Other stores helped raise and lower the seat, but Cole took the time to adjust the forks for a better ride. After walking me through all of the buttons on the controller he advised me to test out certain aspects so I could feel how the bike reacts. The bike was everything I was hoping it would be and more. After purchase Cole answered all my questions about service and optimizing battery use. After he sent it to the service team to complete a check over, he again ensured the bike fit by adjusting the brake levers and controller positioning. I am very happy with the efforts made by all team members! You have certainly made a customer for life!
