I have had a few of their gift cards that I can't use due to issues I'm told to call the number on the back to have the issue resolved why don't they do this as a customer service I have asked my children that gave this card as a gift to no longer buy this card

Had a driver fitting with John. He asked me my goals for the fitting and then spent the next hour comparing my driver results with the results from a bunch of different driver and shaft set ups. It was very interesting to see the difference in brands and shafts. Got some tips for increasing my accuracy in hitting the fairway which gave me lots to think about. I was worried about how I would do as I am not a single digit handicap golfer, but John made me feel at ease and we had a lot of fun during the session. I will definitely be going back as I update the rest of my clubs.

I had an excellent experience with the StudioX fitting service at Golf Town in Edmonton. I went in for a driver fitting and worked with John Green, a Master Fitter. John was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire session. What impressed me most was that I never felt like he was trying to sell me a particular club or shaft. Instead, he took the time to really listen to my feedback, paid close attention to the results, and used both the data and my feel to guide the fitting. He also did a great job explaining the information and, more importantly, helping me understand what actually matters when choosing the right driver setup. I came away from the session with a much better understanding of how the different combinations of head, loft and shaft affected my results. The whole experience felt very objective, personalized and educational. I would highly recommend John and the StudioX fitting service to anyone looking for a professional club fitting.

Picked up a club that I had repaired here today. I could say I didn’t throw it against my golf cart and break it, but I did. There’s a price for that, and thankfully there’s also a place to have it fixed. Both were at Golf Town West Edmonton. When I initially dropped it off, I was quoted about 5–7 days and given lots of options in terms of the new shaft and whether I needed a new grip. Very helpful throughout the process. Whether it’s a new shaft, a new grip or pretty much any other club repair, these guys will help you out. Today was simply pickup day, but of course I couldn’t leave without looking around. Golf balls were on sale, as were golf shirts and other golf attire with the season winding down, so I picked up a couple boxes of balls while I was there. Very pleasant staff, great to deal with and definitely knowledgeable.

Thank you Klark for helping me pick out my Cobra DS adapt irons. He is very knowledgeable with his products and provided key info when picking between clubs. See Klark if you’re in the market for new clubs!
