- FFFrancisJul 23, 20264.0I had got my irons lengthened and regripped, within three rounds all my grips were turning because the plugs came loose. Then when I dropped them off they told me 5 days and they would be done. 5 days later I phoned and was told that they were next in line to be completed. So I phoned back on the 7th day a couple hours before closing and was told that they were next in line to be completed. Not only did my clubs become unusable, but now I am waiting for a long time just to get them back. The great thing is that they redid my irons and also gave me some money back from the initial work I had got done on them. They fixed their mistake and then some 👍🏽
