  Great customer service. Had alittle issues with wait times on a club but this store reached out and resolved the issue very quickly and professionally.

  Got to commend the staff who did a great job re-gripping my clubs. They told me that there was quite a backlog of clubs that need to be regripped, that mine may take a few days. I was okay with that. The staff were friendly and they seemed happy with their jobs. That's always good to see. I would recommend all my friends to go there. Thanks for a job well done.

  Golf town made it right so I will update this review like I said there normally top notch and this must have been a one off. Thanks Golf town for correcting this mistake!! Went in had GT2 driver had ugraded tour ad DI shaft was in with the other GT2 no price tag on club. Tag on shelf said 679.00 tried to purchase it. I assume it was a manager told me it was 1200.00$ regardless of the tag. He told me he could do 800.00 I declined. I was fine with paying 679.00 like tag said. Showed the guy at the counter the Alberta Consumer Protection and he just blew me off saying it was just Google AI search. From the government website "Misleading Advertising: It is illegal for a business to charge a price higher than the advertised price" Competition Bureau Canada I told the guy at Counter / manager they should have had a price tag on it he told me I cant expect them to tag everything on there as they would run out of room........i was like you tag every used club you bring in separately. Surely it would be easy to make a tag "upgraded shaft 1200.00" for this particular GT2 or dont have it on end cap with the rest. Email sent to there Head office will update this on there response. Crazy thing is another i went to another GT and taked to there manager and he seen the same club on the end cap with no tag on it During a training day at the westend location. I will make sure to support his location I have no issues with there staff at the Westend they just need some training and little bit better attitude. 98% of the time there great there.

  Went in looking to buy a 3 wood and driver. They rushed me out of the sim before I could actually test the clubs properly. Told me unfortunately I'd just have to come back because it was too busy, waited around 15 minutes, but still couldn't get in. Then tried to tell me if I booked a club fitting I could get a guarantee to try the clubs out for an hour... at a cost. Unfortunate experience for sure.

  No one offered help to me for the first ten minutes I was there so I rejoined my husband who waned to buy a new set of clubs. He’s left handed. They only had two choices for him to try , both in the low end of brands. When asked about other Golf Towns, we were told to call them to see what they have. The first worker to assist us walked away and didn’t even come back. Crappy service. No sale today for us! We’ll go to Sport Check where the exact same set you offered are $200 cheaper. Do better people!
