  The store has been totally renovated…the ladies clearance rack had no size sections just small in with large extra large etc just a jumbled mess and no deals ! Staff working Sunday July 5th were a bunch of MISERABLE people… probably sleep deprived and not happy to be in there today!

  We were just at the golf town south common to find my mom a new driver. Carson went above and beyond to help us out. He was informative,patient and educated. Helped us find the right driver and even re-gripped it when he noticed other employee was busy. Huge thanks to him and the rest of the team at golf town.

  The best customer service I have ever had. The two older gentleman took the time and care to find me the perfect shoes and answer all my questions. Great guys.

  A huge thank you to Carson and Henry! Carson taught me so much during the fitting and helped me find clubs, and I am very happy with my new club. So excited! Henry also helped me find the right putter, which made a big difference. They were both extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. This was by far the best fitting experience I've ever had. Highly recommended!

  I brought in my push cart that I purchased from Golf Town 2.5 years ago, as I was convinced something was wrong with it and was ready to buy a new one. Murray and another sales associate took a look at it and, rather than just sending me off to grab a replacement, offered to keep it overnight so they could do some research and get a second opinion. The next morning I received a call, Madison had figured it out! She walked me through everything, showing me all the features and how to get the most out of my cart. Turns out it wasn’t broken at all, I just wasn’t using it to its full potential! Her knowledge and enthusiasm were genuinely impressive. Murray also made my visit so much easier by offering to hold my items at the counter so I could browse hands-free. It’s that kind of thoughtful service that makes a real difference. I came in ready to spend money on a new push cart, and instead the team saved me that cost by fixing my existing one, and I was so impressed with the experience that I ended up buying a new pair of golf shoes anyway. Wins all around! Thank you Murray, Madison, and the whole team. Highly recommend!
