Since 2001 Cranky’s has been a full-service bike shop dedicated to all types of riders. Cranky’s Edmonton opened in 2019 to serve riders in the Riverbend area. We offer full suspension bikes, e-bikes, road bikes, gravel bikes, fat bikes, hardtails, hybrid bikes, comfort bikes and kid’s bikes. My son received his new e-bike last Friday, but unfortunately the tire went flat just two days later. I brought the bike in this evening and learned that the inner tube was an uncommon size that they didn't have in stock. The service manager immediately understood the urgency of the situation and went above and beyond to help. He took the bike in right away, patched the tube, thoroughly inspected the tire, and had the bike repaired and back in my possession in less than 20 minutes. Exceptional service, knowledgeable staff, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
