His delivery and experience were a great combination. Immediately after my first lesson he quickly addressed some glaring issues in my swing. I'm confident he'll get me to my goal of an 8 handicap.
- TJTeresa JonesJul 18, 20265.0I have been golfing for about five years and have struggled with my game. If I could break 100 I would be happy. I took lessons over the winter with Taylor. He was incredible. Every lesson we would work on something new and add it to the previous lesson (ie stance, grip, back swing, follow through). He totally changed my swing. The swings are recorded with notes on what and how to practice. You can see and compare the before and after swings. It is rare that I shoot over 100 now. I have shot in the 80’s three times and many low 90’s so I am not embarrassed to play with others any more. I went from over 28 to 21 in my handicap. Now that it is summer, Taylor has outdoor lessons to practice putting, chilling, and yes…the sand shot. I am so happy that I took the lessons with the practice sessions. It is soooooo worth it. I wish I had done this when I first started. Also the other bonus is that my elbow would always be sore, and the new swing has made that problem disappear!! Ten plus plus stars!!! Thank you Golf Tec and thank you Taylor.

The Swing Evaluation gives both Coach and student a clear visual and numerical baseline for both indicating where improvement is necessary and measuring the improvement. We highly recommend the Swing Evaluation for every student, from beginner to competitive player. It allows us to understand your current swing and goals and helps determine the right lesson plan for you.
Are your lessons expensive?
Prices vary by the lesson plan, features included, and region, but they are highly competitive with teaching professionals in each area. However, each GOLFTEC Student will start with a Swing Evaluation which is $150.
Do you teach beginners?
We love teaching golfers who are just picking up the sport! Our coaches understand the unique needs of beginners and know how to make their sessions comfortable and enjoyable.
Can I take lessons at any location?
Absolutely! Your Coach will be able to help you find another Center and Coach. You can also use any GOLFTEC location when you are traveling.
Can I take lessons outdoors?
On-course instruction on specific shots and course management are a great complement to in-bay swing lessons and are offered at most locations.
Will you change my swing?
Changes to your swing may be necessary given your specific golfing problems and goals. We begin with your current swing and work on adjustments to make it more effective and productive.
Does GOLFTEC sell clubs?
Yes. We will order clubs based on your TECFIT club fitting or your specifications if you choose not to have a fitting. With our large buying power and relationships with leading manufacturers, we can sell custom clubs for the same price that you would pay for off-the-rack clubs at many retailers.
