  Best Golf Town location in Canada. I am constantly impressed with the service I get at this location and the staff going above and beyond. Everyone helps as much or little as needed, with no pressure to buy anything. I have spent an embarrassing amount of time and money here and I will continue to do so because of the awesome people. Shoutout to Rick and Justin on my latest visit, they really closed the sale while not applying any pressure. Rick for helping me gain clarity on purchasing new irons despite him not having to help. And Justin for helping adjust the lofts of the new irons while I waited to ensure I had the clubs to use the next day. I encourage everyone to use this location for all your golf needs.

  What a great experience with Rick Woo. He came highly recommended through a number of my coworkers who all had him help them with fittings. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Wouldnt go to anyone else when I go back to Golf Town. I even live closer to another store but because of Rick I drove across the city to get his help. Ive now purchased irons and drivers all helped purchased through Rick's guidance.

  My husband and I came in a few days ago intending to purchase new club sets for both of us. Initially, the associate who helped us got us set up in the golf simulator room to test some clubs, but then he completely disappeared. We were left standing there awkwardly for quite a while with no one checking in or offering assistance. Eventually, a younger employee stepped in and tried to help, but by that point the experience had already become frustrating. The set my husband wanted was sold out, so we asked to place an order. Unfortunately, the staff couldn’t locate the SKU and eventually told us to leave our phone number and that someone would call us back. We never received a call, and now the sale has ended. What’s most disappointing is that there were plenty of employees working, yet no one seemed able to take ownership of helping us complete the purchase. We came in ready to spend a substantial amount of money and left empty-handed because of the lack of service and follow-through. I chose this store because of the many glowing reviews, so this experience was particularly disappointing. I hope management addresses the communication and customer service issues so future customers don’t have the same experience. We will look else where to a place that wants to assist us from start to end.

  Had the best experience I have had at Golf Town, and I have been going there for a long time. Over two days my wife and I replaced the golf clubs we have been using for years. Ben the sales consultant, who we dealt with both days, was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we asked questions and tried out different clubs. His recommendations were welcomed and helped us in our final buying decisions. Ben, is an all star and a valuable asset to your organization. We also were able to deal with Madison the cashier both days. She remembered us from the day before and thanked us for coming back in. Even though it was busy she had a relaxed attitude and was having fun. I am not sure if this one store has different hiring practices and training than the other locations, but if they do whatever the management team does, needs to be copied. Thank you to all the people we interacted with, you all deserve recognition.

  Huge thanks to Golf Town and Mr. Rick (club fitter extraordinaire) for helping me add a couple new clubs to my bag. I came in with the driver yips and left with new hope that my game might actually get back on track. He was professional, welcoming, patient, and genuinely engaged in how the clubs worked for my swing — even missing his break to continue to help me. Great experience from start to finish...again. Highly recommend!
