  Eddie was fantastic to work with during my putting fitting. He took the time to explain every detail clearly, from the putter setup to the data. I never felt rushed, and he made the entire process easy to understand and very comfortable. He answered all of my questions and made sure I was confident in the recommendations before I left. Eddie even spent extra time with me after the fitting to continue working on a few things and ensure I was getting the most out of the session. I will definitely come back for another fitting.

  Went in today to get fitted for a 60 degree. The staff was super kind and helpful they let me hit a variety of clubs in the sim. Eliana at the register was such a wonderful lady, super kind and helpful. Will be returning for all my golf needs just because of her.

  Had a great visit to Golf Town Sunridge. I brought my putter in for an extension, and Loghan took the time to explain how extensions affect club balance/strength and saved me ~$50 by carefully salvaging my original weighted Superstroke grip right on the spot which is something most shops wouldn't bother trying in front of the customer. Rather than the usual "leave it with us for a week", Loghan took care of it right then and there.

  Customer service was lousy here. A short guy with a mustache was rude and condescending. When I asked how the adjustments on the driver head worked, he told me I couldn't retain the information and should just watch a video. Now that I think about it, he probably didn't even know what he was doing Real shame because I was planning on buying the driver here, but now I have to go across town to pick the same driver up.
