  Been going to the Golf Town Sunridge location for a while now and the service is consistently great. Everyone there is helpful and easy to deal with, but Jerry at the front always stands out with a warm smile and friendly attitude. Also have to give a big shoutout to Eddy — absolute stud and always provides great customer service. Thanks again guys!

  I can not recommend this location for clubs service. I was told it would be 4-5 days after I dropped my club off for repair. A week later I go in and I was asked to wait 20 minutes while they finish the repair. Obviously just a bunch of kids running amok back there. No schedule management and no communication. Horrendous. Take your business elsewhere!

  Great service. I had a ping driver that had a manufacturing flaw and broke. Needing to be sent back to the manufacturer and was told wait times for ping to get back to you can be fairly extensive. I play every week and need something in the mean time. Ryan A went above and beyond to help me out, get me set up with a new driver, and figure out what to do with my replacement one when it comes back from ping so I’m not either stuck with 2 clubs or having to sell it privately. Had gone to beacon hill and did feel like they wanted to do anything to help me out. Really appreciate Ryan and his team. Thanks for the help. I Will be making the trip back to this location from now on ( I live 5 mins away from the beacon hill location, but the service is worth the drive)

  Horrible experience with the store manager ryan. Ordered a brand new driver to be shipped to my house. Received a used scratched ai smoke. Drove up to calgary to switch it out and got belittled and blamed and got told it’s a brand new driver (very obviously not new) then after talking he started complaining that he’s now stuck with a “used” driver and i got a brand new one so i need to quit complaining. Never had such a bad golf store/ customer service experience in my life. Would not recommend to any friends or family, filed a complaint with golftown and would love to speak to the owner.

  Tues april 21 called in the morning to reserve a set of mizuno 243 pros. Was told it’ll be held. Went to the store at 4pm, nobody knew who I was and nobody put the clubs on hold for me. It’s a good thing it wasn’t sold. Do better golf town. WTH.
