  The gir manager with the glasses should be fired as she has the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. All the other mangers are super chill.

  I was very impressed with the entire club fitting experience at Studio X. Kevin is a great guy and he had access to an amazing number of club head and shaft combinations. Very thorough process all around.

  On the morning of July 6 at around 10:30 a.m., I called the Golf Town Sarcee Trail location because it's close to my home. I wanted some information about the TaylorMade Qi35 3 Wood, which was on sale. The lady who answered the phone asked me for the SKU number, which I provided. She told me the store didn't have the product and that none of the Golf Town stores in Calgary had it in stock. I explained that the product was advertised on your website and that I could order it online, but I simply wanted to know the club's specifications before placing my order. She replied that because they didn't have the product, they didn't have the specifications. I then politely asked if I could speak with another sales associate. She responded, in a very rude tone, that she was the manager and that there was no need to speak to anyone else. I asked if she could at least try to find the specifications or provide me with a head office phone number so I could contact someone who might be able to help. Instead, she repeatedly said, "no products and no specs" without offering any assistance or alternatives. Despite this disappointing experience, I still placed the order online, and it was delivered today. Order Number: 00113613829 I'm not unhappy with the product or the online ordering process. My concern is the poor customer service I received from the Sarcee Trail store. A customer asking for product information should be treated with courtesy and professionalism. Even if the store doesn't have the item in stock, I would expect staff—especially a manager—to make a reasonable effort to help or direct the customer to someone who can. I have been used this store a lots, the pro shop staffs are very professional and very helpful. 👍 I hope Golf Town's head office will review this incident and take the appropriate steps to improve the customer experience.
