  Had a great time trying to problem solve my problem with my snowboard boots, Michael helped me and was amazing throughout! Was able to get boots that fit better and help with the problems I was having. Would highly recommend coming here and talking to Michael. 😄

  All the employees at the store were super friendly and helpful, especially Mike, Jack, Connor and Rahema! They were able to help me out on multiple visits to find the best options for me when I was shopping for a new setup. Their customer service was definitely above and beyond, wonderful experience as always. Would highly recommend visiting Showcase!

  Charged me for a set of J-bar for $20 to prevent heal lift from my burton boots. The J-bar was not even burton so it didnt fit properly and was not reusable given it was a sticker backing. I expected more from Showcase given that they are a test center for Burton

  Tyler was amazing!!! Check out this store with so many items it will leave you dizzy. Being from Hawaii we were clueless but this guy Tyler took the time to kindly explain how everything goes together and we found the perfect helmet-goggle set. GO TO THIS STORE!!! You won’t be sorry! Great selection, even better customer service! AAA+++

  I had such a great experience at Showcase. A huge shoutout to Jack - I was checking out some snowboard boots and decided to ask a few questions. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate. He even suggested the perfect boots I hadn’t considered, and I ended up buying his recommendation! He answered everything thoroughly and gave me the space to make an informed decision. He was genuinely helpful, and I’m really happy with my purchase!
