  Christopher literally made me better at skiing. I went there on a friend's recommendation and left with not just better fitting boots but a significant amount of extra knowledge about the sport in general. Took my girlfriend here to make sure it wasn't a fluke and it most definitely wasn't. 100% worth visiting just for him.

  Alright, I have serious things to say about my boy Chris… For all things boots, you’re doing yourself a disservice by not seeing him. Now, I’ve let myself get to the point of wanting to rip my feet off, neglecting to replace my boots for the past 10 YEARS. So, finally getting a new pair was a big deal for me. From the second I stepped inside, I knew I was in good hands. Chris walked through every little detail about my feet, experience, strength, what I tend to ski and found a pair that worked so well for my needs. He asked the right questions, spending a ton of time on making sure we had it right. I was so excited I had to jump right on the mountain. Not to mention, he’s a GREAT chat (Might go back in just to hang out lol)… Having someone with such extensive knowledge that you can trust when it comes to boots matters more than anyone can give enough credit for. Just go see Chris, I can’t speak highly enough about my experience.

  I’ve been into the boot fitting side of the store numerous times for a variety of boot problems. Each time i’ve walked away with properly fitted boots and the issues solved. Bootfitter Christopher saw me each time, helping me with his kind demeanour and extensive knowledge of all boots and skis. I know where to go whenever I have future boot problems! Thanks Chris!

  The staff are very kind. It was our first time visiting, and they patiently showed us how to make a reservation through the website, which made everything very easy for us. Unfortunately, our child got sick the night before, and two of us couldn’t use the reservation. James kindly helped us with the situation and guided us through the refund process, so we were able to receive a refund without any trouble. Thank you so much for your help. We will definitely come back again next time!

  Absolutely fantastic booting by Chris. I came to Whistler with new boots that I thought were tuned enough, but after a few runs in agony I brought them into Chris who worked his magic and fined tuned them to relieve all the pressure points.
