- ASAlexander StroteFeb 20, 20263.0It’s a decent place to find deals, but sometimes staff could be more helpful. The other day I was in there, there were two pieces of clothing that were the same item but different colours, however pricing was about $20 difference. I asked the girl to price match, and that question seemed to bother her, and she didn’t even think to scan the item to see if the tag matched what is in their POS, which is pretty common practice at mark down stores, because you never know… She tells me the pricing is different on the two items because they were two seasons apart. Ok, that’s fine. Well, when we go to ring it up, the product I wanted which was initially the more expensive item, actually rung up at $30 less than the tag stated, and $10 less than what the other (older) item was tagged for. She could have come out looking like a rockstar by simply scanning the item to check, instead she came off as petty and unhelpful. I ended up With a screaming deal at the end of the day, so overall I'm happy. Just my two cents.
