Seems like they loosened all my rear spokes in preparation to true it (which I told them not to) and then left it that way - leading to several broken spokes in ONE RIDE. Checked all my spokes this morning and they were all taught. On top of that, they left my rear valve completely open - not just no valve cap, but the stem was open. Make what you want of this review. Bring your bike here at your own peril 😘

All the people working here are totally cool except for one. We bought a drink and I asked for a cup of ice water. The woman behind the counter said “what is ice water?” and offered me bottled water. She gave my kid the $8 glass of chocolate milk with ice and handed me the same cup for water sans ice. Annoying when we have probably spent $80 and they won’t give me a cup with ice.
