Ms. Lydia made sure the whole family was set with everything needed to ensure our activities we're just incredible. She provided great service, expedited the whole process, gave expert bike & trail recommendations, and made sure all our equipment was in top notch shape. This was during the Crankworx World Tour, so the whole town of Whistler was chock-a-block (Aussie slang in her honor). Ms. Lydia managed everything expeditiously. Made sure the whole fam' felt like we where the only people in the Fairmont Rental shop. Five stars aren't nearly enough. - Yosef and Shulamis

- JJJessica JonesDec 29, 20245.0Brendan was INCREDIBLE!!!!! We are a family of 5 and just a little high maintenance with three kids ages 18, 15 and 10 years old. We are experienced skiers and Brendan was over the top attentive, helpful and beyond patient at all their requests and needs! My oldest on day 2 had to swap out boots and Brendan immediately recognized us from two days before and jumped to help my 18 year old find the right boots to fit him. Brendan was OVER the TOP helpful to our family!!! Way to go Fairmont in hiring such servant leaders that go above and beyond in making your guests feel like family!!!!!! Shout out also to Chad and Tom who helped us the first day with all our fittings. Great experience and wonderful hearts that deserve to be recognized for their honorable contributions!!!! All three are ROCK STARS to us!!!!
