Sam and the rest of the terrific staff were extremely helpful, courteous & knowledgeable. They made us feel like old friends. We give end 6 out of 5!

The email confirmation told us to go to Backcomb Lodge to pick up our bikes. When we went there the office was closed - in the middle of the day. Someone said try the location near Carleton Lodge - went there and the office was closed there as well. Then we called their numbers and got greetings that they were closed for the season. Very disappointed considering their online booking form took our payment for the date we requested! They aren't returning my messages or my emails, so be careful of this company. Looks like we will have to go to Visa to get our money back.
