  I had a very disappointing experience On July 14 at Canski in Whistler village. At 5:55 PM, two staff members (I believe they were Australian) told us the register would close at 6:00 PM. We quickly grabbed the 700 CAD jacket we wanted to buy and went to the counter — but they said it was already too late. It was 6:02 PM. Just two minutes past! They simply refused to process the sale. For a premium item and a store in a tourist destination, I would have expected a bit more flexibility and customer care. Unfortunately, it felt like they were more eager to leave than to help a paying customer.

  I don't know who told these guys they are Gods of ski boots, but Went in looking to try on some ski boots this eveing, asked about their stock and they said "we only do custom fits." As if we didn't look like we were worth their time. We rephrased our question thinking maybe they would like to rethink what they wanted to say and help us with finding some ski boots. When the boot fitter dismissed us for the second time we went across the street to evo and was met with nothing but warmth and a custom option on ski boots. Recomend going anywhere else.

  I was there on Sun looking for boots. I've never experienced such unhelpful and aloof staff. I won't be back for any reason. I bought a fabulous pair of boots elsewhere. I spend a lot of time in Whistler winter and summer.
