- ITIsabelle ThibaultSep 10, 20251.0We showed up with a simple question: do you rent walking poles? The clerk practically laughed in our faces because our request seemed so ridiculous to him. We asked him if there were any other places that might offer this service, and he said no, very confidently. It turns out that Mt Waddington Outdoors does indeed rent walking poles, in addition to a warm welcome. The least he could have done was to say he didn't know, but I imagine that for someone so full of himself, not knowing isn't an option, so he prefers misinformed people.
