  Eddie’s a great guy. We went into the store with the intention to get a LAB. After trying out the Oz1i and the Mezz, we decided to go for the Oz1i. Then Eddie came over and asked us if we needed help, we told him that we heard it’s best to get fitted for a LAB and whether or not should we do the fitting. Instead of telling us it’s not wroth it and telling us to buy it right away, Eddie told us to get fitted through LAB’s remote fitting, and come back if we get fitted for the stock options. He didn’t give me the sales man’s vibe, but instead he was trying to get the best value for his customers.

  Eddie was really helpful. We went into the store looking for a specific glove, however, we couldn’t find one the shelf. We went to the front desk and asked Eddie and he said that they should have 3 more left. Then he went to the back to search for me, after spending 20 minutes he found it, it was really nice of him.

  The Chinese guy was really helpful, I forgot this name but I think it was Eddie? I came in with a broken shaft on my brand new i35, and I wanted to pay to get a new shaft because I wasn’t aware of the warranty. I asked Eddie and he told me that I could get a shaft for free, and after a week the shaft had arrived.

  Hikaru Ogawa has helped me over the last few years at Golf Town. He is very knowledgeable and gets you in to what will help you on the course. I will wait to go to Golf Town specifically on the days he is working because he is that good. He just set me up with my new clubs and I am loving them. He is also a very skilled golfer if you ever get to see his swing it will blow you away.

  I have always love this location and the staffs, and I have been shop here since I was a kid, but what I experienced today was super disappointed and feel disrespected. I come to Golftown every year during demo event to shop for a club or two, seeing this years promo with some premium shaft driver so I came extra early to see if I can be lucky due to their no reserve on demo club policy, I even called prior to see if those can be reserve but their answer is NO and told me all demo clubs were based on first come first serve, when I enter into the store I didn’t a single club that they were advertised on the floor I then ask one of the staffs and they told me it was all SOLD out, I then shop around for a little and GUESS WHAT I saw their staff went straight to the back and took those driver out when they said they are all SOLD OUT and NO RESERVE, I asked another staff and they told me it was they are manager’s “VIP customer” that have been spent a lot in the store and they cutting the line so they can pay first while everyone else is waiting. I guess when you spent more money they are willing to break their policy just to be special treated. It was super disappointing when I find out and disgusted on the spot. Quite disgusted how they treat customers differently because we did not spend as much money as their “VIP”
