  I had a fantastic experience at this location today! Came in with an issue I had with a tech product, wasn't syncing up properly. However Nigel who I believe was the manager went above and beyond to correct the problem! I left feeling like I had been treated with excellent care and all my needs were taken care of and then some! Just want to thank Nigel and the staff for an excellent experience! I already loved shopping at this store but it's nice knowing that the staff actually care about their customers! Thanks again Nigel!

  Golf Town Richmond has become my go-to golf place! Last time I was there, we had a very good experience with a new Driver purchase. Hikaru the sales rep who helped us was very knowledgeable and patient with our questions and our demo-ing of many types of clubs.
