He spent loads of time helping educate me on the options and finding a good fit. No hard sell, just clear info, and I walk away happy with my purchase.

As the premier supplier of everything golf, trying to get ready for adverse autumn and winter conditions, choice of clothing, waterproof pants and jackets, shoes is incredibly poor. No size matching jackets pants , no top brand, no shoes size 12 plus. Had to settle for non hooded sun mountain jacket mixed with Adidas pants and had to give up on waterproof, spiked shoes.

Golftown sales guy immediately contacted srixon and brand new clubs arrived 5 days later with R shaft. No cost to me. Very quick. No hassles. A mistake was made and GT and srixon made it right. Excellent customer service.
