    Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Made purchasing the right bike easy. I also really enjoy my Avenue bike. Dependable, comfortable and quick. Able to climb the challenging hills in my neighbourhood with ease.

    This is a super place to rent an ebike to explore the Nanaimo area. The shop is located just a couple of blocks off the E&N bike route. We were set up royally with ebikes that were in superb condition and outfitted with everything we needed. We planned to ride into Nanaimo and take the ferry to Gabriola Island so we were provided with a battery charger, just in case. Bryan, the Manager, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. His instructions and tips were invaluable and, at the end of the 34 degree day, he greeted us with bottles of cold water!

    I bought a well used Pedego a few days ago and needed some assistance. Dropped in on Cal at his Victoria shop not knowing what to expect. I wasn't his customer, just a random guy needing some help. It was like going to your nice uncle's bike shop and getting lots of advice, help with charging, batteries, etc. And then back again the next day in Nanaimo for more friendly assistance (plus a tasty and health smoothie). If only more bike shops were like this. Gracias, Cal. Thanks to Cole and his team in Nanaimo and Victoria.

    The test ride was amazing! I was eased into the process gently and I always felt in control of the ride. Both of the bikes I tried were incredible and left me hungry for more. I’m so impressed with Nanaimo’s bike trail. I’m looking forward to incorporating a pedego bike into my lifestyle in a week and a half’s time (give or take a few days), thanks to a payment plan with paybright. The conversations with the staff (Bryan and Dustin) are informative and engaging and an absolute pleasure. So happy to have stumbled upon this warm and inviting space!
