We were set up royally with ebikes that were in superb condition and outfitted with everything we needed. We planned to ride into Nanaimo and take the ferry to Gabriola Island so we were provided with a battery charger, just in case. Bryan, the Manager, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. His instructions and tips were invaluable and, at the end of the 34 degree day, he greeted us with bottles of cold water!
