    Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Made purchasing the right bike easy. I also really enjoy my Avenue bike. Dependable, comfortable and quick. Able to climb the challenging hills in my neighbourhood with ease.

    Bought the Pedego Avenue e-bike after exploring all options at other bike shops. Thrilled with my purchase. No other E bike shop offered the five-year warranty that Pedego offers. Also found that this bike gave me the most comfortable and enjoyable ride with lots of power when needed. Bryan at Nanaimo Pedego was amazing and really helpful in helping me choose the right bike for me. Not all bike shops had someone there as helpful as Bryan was. Thank you Bryan for making my e-bike buying experience so easy and answering all my questions with such patience.

    Was very impressed by Manager Brian. So much so that I bought my gf a bike from there. The guy is so knowledgeable and also such a nice person. Brian represents the Pedego brand extremely well. They are really lucky to have a man of such high calibre running their store.

    They’re were so nice to me and my dog. They also let me try two bikes. The bikes were also fun, and understand why many people have them in Nanaimo. Also give me a discount on a new helmet.
