  Went in today to buy a new set of clubs, maybe some new shoes and apparel. Spent over 20 mins in the store hoping for assistance and didn’t get approached by any employees. There were many just standing around. Left with just a $20 glove. Really unfortunate as I was ready to spend money and was excited to buy my first full set but was completely ignored.

  Went in to look at regripping my clubs. The guy at the back in service counter was absolutely useless. No recommendations, no way to try a different grip, then made fun of the grip I chose calling it rediculously large. He had a bad attitude and I wanted to leave right away. I don't normally complain about anything, but if you really hate your job that much, or are naturally that useless with guests in your store, get another job where you don't have to speak to people or have any product knowledge. This is GolfTown. It's the biggest gold specialty store in Kelowna. Get some. People. That care about what they do. Just because you have market share, doesn't mean you can pretend you're invincible.

  Had a Driver fitting yesterday with Mike at Golftown Kelowna. Tried the Ping G440, Cobra Optm and the G430. The difference between the two Pings wasn’t big enough to favour the G440, so we went with the good ‘ol proven and highly recommended G430 Max, Saved $300! Mike also fit my irons a couple years ago (G730’s) very happy with those as well. If you’re in the market for a fitting I would highly recommend Mike to get you set up, he is highly skilled at what he does and does it with a good sense of humour and encouragement, Thanks Mike and Golftown

  The old timer with blemish on his neck is exceptionally rude. I came in with the intention to buy a couple QI4D clubs today, I hit 11 ball in the simulator trying out the clubs. 10 with the driver and once with the 7 wood and was very rudely told to hurry up. Unbelievably unprofessional. The tone of voice I received after barely getting to try these clubs is not something that should be a part of the golf experience. I will take my money elsewhere. Do better when hiring Golf Town.
