Everything is overpriced, you have to wait for sale items, but sometimes they never come on the item you want.

Shout out to Todd's staff 'Taylor & Davis' at the Kelowna, BC location for the excellent service and taking time to track down a wedge for me, most appreciated.

It’s this store going out of business? Their complete lack of customer service would suggest so. Terrible. I will take my business elsewhere. Good luck to that ownership group.
I will wait for the going out of business sale.

My husband and I visited Golf Town in Kelowna on Thursday evening with the intention of purchasing a set of golf clubs. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We waited over 30 minutes for assistance. When we finally spoke to an employee, he said he would help us but needed to finish putting some items away first. Instead of returning, he ended his shift and left without acknowledging that we were still waiting or ensuring someone else could assist.
There were several staff members on the floor, yet no one else offered to help during the entire time we were there. This lack of customer service was frustrating and unprofessional. Sadly, Golf Town lost out on a sale, and we left as very disappointed customers.
