I wanted to change the shaft on a club from regular to stiff—even though the clubs with stiff shafts were literally right next to each other. This is option that can be done online, yet the store refused to help. The employee who assisted me (a bald staff member) was rude and dismissive and didn’t even try to find a solution or explain things respectfully. Instead of helping a customer who was ready to buy, he simply shut the request down. If Golf Town allows shaft changes online, there’s no reason customers should be treated this way in-store. This experience definitely made me reconsider shopping here again.
