They literally have "shorten club (save grip) as an option for $15 on their website, and the sales person said they can't save the grip and it would also cost $20. We called back and said that there is an option online for it, and then the answer changes and says "we can likely do it but not sure and if the shaft is stuck with the grip and is over 25 years old, then we likely can't do it". I never even told them what driver I had (which was made in 2021 with recently new grips) and they're just assuming they can't do it.

Their service has always been excellent and more than enough for what I need. Brendan and Max, in particular, have been extremely helpful. No matter the situation, they always provide practical solutions and really show what great customer service is. That's what makes them stand out compared to others, and it makes a big difference to me as a customer. Highly recommend!
