    One of the nicest bike shops I've visited. Super friendly and helpful staff with an excellent selection of bikes, accessories and tools. Really glad I popped by! Thanks guys.

    I like Trek products, I went with my wife to find a new good helmet with wavecell technology. Staff is very kind and they help you in excellent way. We had to change our helmet two times because the comfort was not perfect and finally we found the trek with wavecell perfect for my wife. Again staff were very patient and giving us help all the time. Thanks!!

    First off... I LOVE my bike. Checkpoints are so well made and I can ride it pretty much everywhere. I have to say that I am also amazed by the customer service and extra mile the team at trek goes. In particular i have to bring attention to two of the gents working at the Burnaby Trek store who went well above and beyond in making sure my bike is SOLID. First off Jayden (Kiwi) is fantastic. He was able to help me solve an issue and reminded me that Trek stands behind the bikes they sell and maintain. Next Brodie who showed me how to keep my tires filled with sealant so that I can do it myself moving forward. Total legends!
