Sad to see so many 1 star reviews. Been here a few times now and always got immediate help. Got help deciding on a new driver, getting club-regrip service, and checking in for the new Simulator booking. Staff are always available, nice, and friendly.

A very sad golftown location with no proshop. How can you call yourself a golf store without having a proshop or anyone with any golf knowledge working here. Sad. Just sad.
Update:
The manager of this location reached out to me due to the misinformation I was given and assured me that even without a proshop, this location will do regripping service. As it turned out, the person I asked on my initial visit may not have been working for golftown but another store that shares the same space as golftown. Confusing, I know.
After a lengthy conversation with store manager, I have decided to change my rating from 1 star to 4. I'm very appreciative that large chain store like golftown takes their rating very seriously.

I’ve been a loyal Golf Town customer for years and have always trusted the brand for quality service and knowledgeable staff, until few weeks ago coming to this branch. I came in with my friends and his family genuinely interested in testing and possibly purchasing a new driver, and a 5 wood. I stood around waiting while the staff walked past me multiple times, completely ignoring me. I finally had to go up and talk to him as he was on his phone for so long texting or in the sim range. Even then, he barely acknowledged me, gave no real help, and spent most of the time swinging a club and texting like I wasn’t even there.
At no point did he ask about my game, offer recommendations, or show the kind of interest and professionalism I’ve come to expect from Golf Town. I left the store frustrated and completely disrespected.
I won’t be coming back to this location again, and if Jordan’s the standard for service here, I’d suggest others think again too as I agree with others reviews here.

Walked in and didn’t have an employee acknowledge me for 20 minutes. Even when I was standing at the sim bay with a club, the employee walked past me three times and only helped me after I went up to him and asked him. When I finally got to swing the club, he wouldn’t let me take the plastic wrap off the grip and the club almost flew out of my hands several times. It was impossible to know how the club felt and performed. He was also very rude to the people I was with and wouldn’t let them try a club because he thought they were not good enough to try it as he swung clubs around the computer instead of helping us (terrible swing Jordan). I wanted to try other clubs but thought he was too useless to help me switch shafts into different heads so we left without any clubs we went in to buy. The worst service I have seen in a long time at any store, especially from a store I often as much as Golftown. Might be better off at an alternative store if you are looking for clubs.
