Their customer service is definitely on point. Ian, Jacob, and Gabby and are awesome. Katrina and Charlene always have my drinks ready to go. Naz in the snack bar is the best! they started doing karaoke on Saturdays now which I think is really cool because my friends will bowl and then take a break to go sing!

At first it was fine, spent $40 on food and drinks then another $170 on lanes as we have a party of 10. Our friends that joined us ordered food and drinks as well and then 5 minutes into bowling we had 3 employees approach us because we had a water bottle on our table. We've spent over $250 here in the last 45mins and they are worried about a kids water bottle!! We will never return as we're all avid bowlers including our kids. Don't waste your time or your money here, any alley is better i promise!
