  Best boxing gym I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a ton in a couple of different states and even in the UK. This gym makes you feel like family whether you’ve been practicing your craft for a while or are just beginning. I can’t say enough about the coaches Fernando, his wife Sandra, Vassiliy and of course Paul. They all truly do treat you like family and encourage you to grow and tweak your boxing skills to improve your performance. Yes, you get fit but most importantly you will also get real life boxing training from real coaches that are not fitness instructors that took a kickboxercise class. These guys are the real deal! I haven’t been in a while since I’m doing the whole post partum thing but I hope to come back someday!
