They refused to accept my mobile ID, which is already frustrating. Fine. I let my girlfriend order a drink instead. Not long after, the manager, Darius, came over and accused me of drinking from her cider with no proof. It felt aggressive and unprofessional right away. After that, everything went downhill. Our server, Alice, completely stopped taking care of us. No check-ins, no service, nothing. Then we were flat out refused any further service, including food, even though we hadn’t done anything wrong. We came in ready to spend money, bowl, and have a good time. Instead we got accused, ignored, and kicked to the side. Management handled this terribly. Staff communication was nonexistent. The whole situation felt disrespectful and unnecessary. Would not recommend.
