- FHFiras H1 day ago1.0I have been a long time REI customer and this is my primary location! However, today’s experience was less than desirable thanks to one of the cashiers, Her name is Jen. It’s always surprising to me when you are being extremely friendly and cheerful to somebody but their attitude in life and their attitude towards you is absolutely degrading and talking down to you and being extremely snobby and unprofessional, which completely ruined my trip to REI today. I just wish her a better day and whatever is causing her attitude to get fixed sooner than later Happy holidays Jen!

One of the associates spent real time helping me find the perfect fit and introduced me to Oboz — which have now become my favorite hiking boots. Their patience and knowledge made the whole shoe-shopping process actually enjoyable. The store was clean, organized, and everyone I interacted with was friendly. Checkout was smooth and easy, and I ended up picking up a few other items while I was there. Overall, a great experience. This REI location definitely sets the standard for helpful service and quality gear.
