I gave it three stars because it's a cool building and atmosphere pretty groovy. Cost is higher than normal, $10 per person, shoes $5 per person. They do have a deal for 3 games plus shoes is $30, so basically, the third game is $5, half price. The pizza and pitcher deal is okay. You get unlimited refills, but the pizza didn't taste great. We just had pepperoni, and the toppings were good, but the crust was tough. The balls have holes for 2 sizes, small and medium, or medium and large. They are standard, so you might not be able to find a ball with your grip size at the weight you want. We started early afternoon, with just a few people. As time went on, the bowling alley began to fill up. Most people had a lane between them. They were filling up 1/2 side of the alley and not spreading groups out. They could have skipped a lme, but the placed a family with 3 energetic and excited preschoolers in the lane to our right. While we were thoroughly entertained by their antics, and the adults tried to manage them, they were crossing over into our lane, throwing balls down our lane. The staff was helpful and quick to respond when we needed help getting balls and pins out of the gutter and off the lane due to this. The snack staff was also very kind. On our way out, as we turned in our shoes, we were stopped by a staff who demanded to see our receipt. However, the person who checked us in did holler at them and told them we were good. The bathrooms were sketchy. Overall, the experience was okay. We had fun, but probably won't go back.

If I could give 6 stars for the service I would. We booked a group of 8 for our fantasy football punishment. Unprompted, the manager Aris had a VIP sign at our lanes and made us feel so welcome and special. We were slightly high maintenance to fulfill what we needed for the punishment and our server Sophia was on top of everything the second we needed it. We throughly enjoyed our time!

Very cool vibe, fun for family. However the lane I was in the pins thingy was glitching regularly and it took a long time for someone to help, then the help was just them watching to see if it happened again then leaving. Also paid $40 for an appetizer platter, the pretzels were a joke, you'd think they are definitely making enough profit for $26 a person and the platter being way overpriced for what you're getting that they wouldn't have to cut corners and make the pretzels cut goofy to deceive you. Also people cut the line frequently and staff says nothing.

Staff is friendly, the bowling alley itself is clean. The music is tooooo loud with way too much bass. The surrounding area is not cool, there was what looked like a drug deal going down in the parking lot, a bunch of homeless hanging around in fentonyl fold position w a few of the randomly sleeping. Don't go there at night.

I recently celebrated my son's 10th birthday party there, and it was absolutely fantastic. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable—they were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my son feel special. We will certainly consider this place for future parties. I regret not catching the names of the staff who assisted us, as they were exceptionally kind and deserve recognition. They were the team present for the 11 AM opening on December 22, 2025. Their service was outstanding!
