Visited recently for some wheel service. So refreshing to get such friendly service. Nick in particular went out of his way to be helpful and courteous. Top notch culture like that usually comes down from the top. Great job, guys.

I recently moved to the area and stopped in after needing my Trek adjusted due to a tumble. He adjusted it in moments and even offered to help me load into my SUV!

What a pleasant place to do business! I brought my bike for a thorough cleaning and check out after a couple years idle. Ben immediately turned his full attention to me and did an evaluation. In about 3-5 minutes we chose the services and parts needed.
I was happy to hear it would be ready "early next week", which was a pleasant surprise late on Thursday.
I called Monday morning to check the status because I needed to be nearby for an unrelated appointment. Ben said my job was in process, and would "likely" be done in two hours. Indeed, I got the confirming text and was able to pick it up while in the area.
I mentioned some misgiving about leaving it on my car-mounted carrier during a medical visit, and Ben went out of his way to teach me how to load it into the back of my car for safe storage and transport.
Throughout, Ben was cheerful, outgoing, and forthcoming, giving me an excellent understanding of the process and price. The bike looks great. Tomorrow I'll ride, and if the condition is anything less than perfect, I'll update this review accordingly.

The guys at this shop are all very nice, but ultimately provide poor customer service and repairs. I purchased a new Trek Domane bike about 7 months ago. In that time, the bike has spent at least 6 weeks in the shop over the course of several trips back and forth to get it fixed. I expect much, much better from a $4,000 bike. The primary issue is a creak in the seat post area. Every pedal stroke, the frame creaks. The shop has replaced the seat post twice, some seat clamp parts a couple of times, and the entire frame twice. They still don't know what is wrong with it. I asked for a refund on the bike, but instead they just want to keep swapping parts. After owning Trek bikes for 30+ years, I will never buy a Trek product again.
I've had many other problems with the bike as well. Usually when I take it in for repairs, the original problem isn't fixed, or there are new problems, or both. I've gone through 3 tires in 6 months of riding (less than 2k miles). On one of their swaps, the new tire never held air overnight. The bike has had at least 5 brake bleeds to date. When the bike was new I asked them to adjust the derailleur 3 times because it was rubbing and they never did it--ended up doing it myself. Front derailleur was consistently throwing the chain after the first frame swap, fixed that myself too. Plus a bunch of other minor things that I've had to either live with or correct myself.
In summary, the Trek brand has taken a huge dive in quality, and this shop in particular cannot handle basic bike maintenance. I was expecting this new bike to last me for years, but so far I can't go a month without it needing repairs.

Just picked up my bike. I had an issue with the brakes on my Trek. They took care of my problem, and more. Great customer service at this shop.
