  I have been wanting to get a golf cart so I went to East Valley Golf Carts Mesa to check out their inventory. Oh man! I can honestly say that I had the best buying experience from start to finish with them and Mike. He showed me all the options available based on my criteria. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. Then, he patiently prepared a few carts for my daughter and I to test drive. I did not feel pressured whatsoever and I actually did not purchase a cart at the time because I wanted to think about it and talk to the "boss" 😁. Mike kept me posted on new inventory (for specific model) per my request. Again, he shared info but no pressure to buy anything. I really appreciated that. After several months, I finally decided to pull the trigger! Mike walked me through the entire process from financing, DOT tag, insurance, options to install (ie lights, scorecard holder, etc), and delivery! He even went out of his way and took the paperwork to the Gilbert location because we were in the area so it was more convenient for us!! My wife was very impressed as it was the most seamless semi-major purchase experience we've had. But wait, there's more! Mike was able to work his magic and got the golf cart delivered 3 days earlier than originally scheduled! Wow! I wish I could buy 2 more! Yes, Mike made it that easy!!   I had a great experience buying my golf cart from Mike at East Valley Golf Carts on Power & Southern in Mesa. From start to finish, he was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He answered all of my questions without any pressure and made sure I understood my options before making a decision. The entire process was smooth and straightforward, and you can tell he truly cares about his customers. If you’re in the market for a golf cart, I highly recommend asking for Mike — he made it easy and enjoyable. Would absolutely buy from him again!

  An amazing journey with Mesa team. I reached out in November and Mike was just fantastic to work with, especially since I was in Germany and wasn’t sure exactly when I would be making a purchase. Mike answered all my questions and took time to FaceTime with me to show me the ins and outs of the two models I was considering. No pressure from him, always available by text or email and followed through with everything we discussed. Ask for Mike at Mesa and you won’t regret it. Superb customer service and Genuine in all aspects. Shout out to Derek who delivered my cart and did the hands orientation with my wife and I.

  We started our search at several different places, we visited East valley golf carts,,Mike offered a test drive and we liked the advantage ev, also though it was a good value we stopped back with questions and Mike did a great job answering all them.
