  This place is great! Staff is incredibly kind and the lanes feel smooth to bowl on. Our server Julius was very helpful and attentive to our party. 5/5 stars, we hope to see Julius as well as the other staff next time.

  Came in on Saturday night. I needed two lanes and Brittney at the desk was extremely accommodating and sweet. She wished my son happy birthday and got us on the lanes and let us know our server was Lisa! Both employees did great! Also arcade is huge and a great place to bring kids. Will be back for sure!!

  I had an amazing experience here! Our server was Julius and he was amazing. He was very attentive and had a great attitude, making sure we were taken care of the whole night. We had so much fun bowling here and will definitely come back.

  I had such a fantastic time at Lucky Strike Gilbert! I came in with a party of 25, and the whole experience was incredible. The place is bursting with energy—bowling, arcade, laser tag, and a fantastic bar. The bartenders, especially the one with pink hair, were so welcoming. And the variety of alcohol options—they were just amazing! I was also blown away by the pizza—so unexpectedly delicious. The wings, fries, and chicken strips were fantastic too. Even with a big group, the staff handled everything so smoothly. I left with a huge smile and can’t wait to come back! If this place has deals for bowling I would definitely love to come back even sooner!

  DONT COME HERE! You’re better off going to Main Event. How is half the bowling alley closed on a Friday night for lane oiling when you open at 4pm? Why isn’t that done before customers arrive? And don’t assume the other side will be open; it’s all reserved. Reservations are booked back-to-back (over $170 on a Friday night), and since you can only make them online you can’t even adjust them or skip shoe add-ons. I came to celebrate my dad’s birthday and planned to use a Groupon I bought in advance. I figured arriving at opening would give me a chance to get a lane. Instead, lanes were being oiled, then immediately taken by leagues and reservations (which, by the way, can only be made online). Earliest lane available? 9:30pm. The front desk staff didn’t try to help or offer any solution, just shrugged it off as them being “busy.” So what’s the point of offering Groupons if they’re basically unusable? And why can’t you make reservations in person? This completely ruined a birthday. I was willing to wait, but not over 5 hours. How do you have no walk-in lanes at opening? Bowling used to be fun and affordable, with reasonable waits! Save yourself the frustration and potiental money that you will pay for a Groupon and go somewhere else.
