  I like to say thank you to Keith, Adrian and Marley for the wonderful experience I had purchasing two Platinum Elements. It is a forgotten treasure to experience the kind of customer service these gentlemen provide. Purchasing an ebike is a large investment and it is worth every penny to purchase from a company like Pedego Gilbert... they truly stand behind their products and ensure the customer is satisfied. I believe I have formed a connection with this store and I know that I can count on Pedego Gilbert to keep my 5 star fun machines running perfectly. I demand quality and safety from the products I buy. If you are going to spend the money lets make sure it doesn't burn the house down. After 3 months of researching ebikes it came down to going with the company that is serious about quality and safety. Finding ebikes that have UL certification is hard to do. Try finding this information on bikes sold at Amazon or other internet stores. It's all smoke and mirrors. Pedego Gilbert is up front with the safety and quality of their ebikes... they are proud of it. That peace of mind is well worth the cost to me. My Platinum Element is an adrenaline inducing fun machine! The way the torque sensor, controller, 10 gears and 749 watt motor work together is magic. Don't forget about the fat tires, they allow you to rip up washes like no other bike I've been on. I really do get the feeling I'm a cyborg with extra human abilities. This is the future we can all embrace because of companies like Pedego. Can't wait to see what the future holds for us. Thank you for our wonderful Elements.

  Really happy with my Pedego E/Bike purchase! I had done numerous visits to different bike shops and finally did my purchase at 459 N. Gilbert Rd. Gilbert AZ. My best assist on this purchase was Tom Luman, (store Manager) friendly, professional advice, & no pressure to buy! Tom let me take different style bikes out for numerous test drives & I settled on the 29” Interceptor Platinum Step Thru. At my age- 72, the step thru is a win win! This bike is putting a big smile on my face every time I ride, & the 10 speed is great for all the hills here in Fountain Hills AZ. Very satisfied customer, Thanks Tom & thanks Pedego!

  Mike was awesome! We came in shortly before closing to rent some bikes and he helped us out. Then we came back a little early and he lets us go back out to the canal paths (which he told us about) to try the different speeds. Overall awesome time and great customer service. Thanks Mike! We will be back again!
