My husband and I had a fun date night - bowling and then playing games in the arcade. We are from out of town and are glad we stopped here for a fun evening! We'll be back someday!

The lanes at Lucky Strikes last night were dripping with oil. All the lanes were the same that made it extremely difficult to hook the ball. Oil was thick on both sides and by the pins. The problem is there was not a technician to diagnose the problem. I have been very disappointed since this establishment was purchased by Lucky Strikes. The oil was changed and not consistently applied, but last night was no fun Bowling on a super wet lanes. All the league bowlers around me were complaining. I thought it’s best to bring it to management’s attention. We go to have fun at our Friday league night, not struggle with terrible lane conditions!!

I use to brag about this bowling alley. I've had several friends leave the last few seasons because of the lack of upkeep, and I still defended it. After tonight I'm just feeling done. We've been told recently that they got a new tech to make sure the oiling machine would be working properly, then after tonight's major lane issues i was advised there is no on-site tech, that the closest one is like an hour to an hour and a half away. You guys have spent all this money on bright signs and neon lights and new tables, but you don't keep someone on-site that can fix issues with the lanes. That machine has to prepare the lanes for leagues every day, sometimes multiple times a day. People work hard all week, then want to come enjoy themselves while spending money there. Not be so frustrated people want to quit because issues just keep happening. We had a semi permanent sub say they don't want to bowl there anymore after tonight. The lanes weren't stripped, they just threw oil on top of whatever, and 98% of the league couldn't get any ball to hook. I'm speaking up for most that won't, in hopes that you care to save the people who love going to this bowling alley from leaving as many have the last few seasons. We don't care about new bright, neon lights. We want a clean, well run place, to have fun and go to. We pay league fees every week, we practice there, we buy food and drinks there. The occasional family who goes for neon bowling you seem to want to cater to, go once in a while. We go there all the time. Please start getting the right people in place to take care of the lanes.

We came in at 850 pm on a Sunday night, and we paid for unlimited bowling… we knew they closed at 10 but figured we could get a couple games in which woulda been the same price as 2 games and shoes… We had our lane close down about 5 minutes before they closed in the middle of our second game. I’ve been to bowlero’s/lucky strikes where they let you finish your game while they’re closing up. They put chairs up on the bar at like 920 when our group was still trying to get drinks (just not good hospitality) and then the kicker, me and a friend needed to use the restroom before a long drive home, and the worker said that we would “have to hold it” … btw the time was 10pm on the dot when we asked & they said no because they were cleaning the bathroom. We were celebrating a birthday, and it was an all around crappy experience.
