We had a pair of extremely expensive shoes fall apart in 3 months which is an issue and you would expect them to last longer. The store said that since they could not resell them they would not exchange them. They cited all the wear and tear issues as reasons why. We explained that’s why we weren’t satisfied and they should not have fallen apart in this way, this quickly. We spoke to a manager and still had problems. I find it awfully strange that they can pick and choose the most expensive pair of shoes to not return or exchange. Corporate cannot override the store and was very little help. They can email the store about our issues and give a gift card for half the cost of the shoes and 20% off coupon that can only be used on a full price pair of shoes. This does not fully remedy the situation and makes me question the point of the membership or giving this store in particular our money any further,

My mom looked for an employee to help us find it because we couldn’t. Turns out there was only one left in stock. But she went to work right away to try and find it for me. I know another employee helped her look for it so I appreciate them both. Kudos to the one who found it and gave it to me. She found it before the store closed. She really went above and beyond my expectations so thank you. (Sorry I didn’t look at your name tag.)
