Great rv and camping spot. Really clean and well maintained. Trails, river, and activities facilities. Has something for everyone. Pool was closed when I was there for winter. The RV spots are large and have a picnic table. The location is great, it's close to so many things to see and do. I would definitely go back. It was beautiful

Highly recommend this TT park as it is one of the best TT parks we have been to across the US this far! Updated and well maintained. We found staff and residents to be kind and respectful. Beautiful views and awesome amenities. Only wish there was a similar TT campground in the Valley! This is the only all-age TT/Encore available in AZ and that is a huge disappointment.

Certainly one of the better RV parks in the area. Most everyone is friendly. The park is well established with well maintain park homes. However, we did make a mistake of parking. Our bikes in a parking lot. And we as quickly reprimanded by a couple residents that park brakes don't belong in parking alots.... jeez

Verde Valley Thousand trails left me a little disappointed. When we first arrived we were very displeased to find out they do not have any laundry on site. We had been dry camping for a while before hand and accumulated lots of laundry. Having to take over 5 bags of laundry into town to a local place was very inconvenient and expensive.
Then next concern was the wifi. When we are at a resort we expect to have service as one of the amenities of the campground. When we were at our camper, we had literally no service and were in SOS mode the whole time. If you want to pay for wifi you can at $15 a week and it’s only 5 GB. Crazy! And if you want to go to one of the lodges you only get a sliver of service there. Very disappointing.
Lastly, and arguably the most annoying, I had a package shipped to the front office that was delivered on the Wednesday before thanksgiving. Now I completely understand the staff going home early to enjoy the holiday and then having thanksgiving off but tell me why the office was closed until the following Monday December 1st. Our reservation was until Sunday the 30th and we are now forced to dry camp somewhere for the night and then come back Monday morning in order to get our mail. None of my family members saw any signage or emails from the office relaying the holiday hours. I had been in the office at least 3 times that week and none of the staff stated anything about the hours either. They could at least be open the Friday after thanksgiving. I was very upset to hear about this and I won’t be returning.
