  Great staff here. Kiki is so knowledgeable and friendly. She really knows her products and is good at explaining the features so you end up with exactly what you need even if you don’t know what that is going in

  I went in for some Salomon trail running/hiking shoes & received excellent customer service from the gentleman that helped me. Everyone there was awesome, very helpful & knowledgeable.

  I use to Love this place and they Have so many cool things that I’m interested in, but I recently started avoiding it because they make you feel like a criminal if you don’t want to sign up for their Membership they are way too pushy about it I do like to give places like this, my business to keep them open versus buying things on Amazon, but not everyone wants your member membership program and if you decline and say you don’t wanna sign up, you shouldn’t treat them different

  Recreational equipment about says it all. But its more, they have clothing, shoes, large bicycle area, repelling equipment, kayaking, backpacking. Prices are a little higher, customer service is excellent. And if you can’t find what you want Sportsman is next door. It’s much better personalized experience than the large box stores.

  I am leaving this one star because the customer service I experienced from Patrick at checkout was completely unacceptable. During my visit, I heard him mutter, “the curly hair is starting to annoy me now.” When I looked around, there was no one else with curly hair except my partner, which made it unmistakably clear to me who he was referring to. This wasn’t just unprofessional—it was disrespectful, unnecessary, and he completely crossed the line for someone representing a business. Even if he tried to hide it by saying it under his breath, the intent came across loud and clear. No customer should ever hear a staff member making negative comments about them or the person they’re with. I addressed this immediately by speaking with Billy, the manager, because the situation was serious enough that it needed to be reported on the spot. Based on what I personally heard and witnessed, this behavior shows a concerning lack of respect and customer service standards. I’m leaving this review so others understand the experience I had and so the business knows how unacceptable this kind of misconduct is.
