I came in looking for a backpacking bag and I am 6'4" with a long torso and have been having trouble finding backpacks that fit me, I went in and Mark greeted me right away and helped me fit and find the right bag for me, I am new to all this and he was kind, patient, and very informative! I am very appreciative to him and the gentlemen at the registers with how awesome their customer service was.
