  We made an online reservation the night before for a party of 10 at 6:00 PM. When we arrived around 5:55, we were greeted at the front desk and I let them know about our reservation. The staff was clearly prepared for our group. They quickly got everyone their shoes and were very patient and helpful with our large party. They gave us our lane numbers and we headed down to lanes #39 and #40, which were all the way at the end. We actually loved that location since we had six kids with us, it made it easier to relax without worrying about them getting in the way or distracting other bowlers. There was even a welcome sign on the table with my name on it, which was a really nice and thoughtful touch. Everything was also very clean and well organized. We ordered two pizzas along with a mixed plate of sides and wings, and a few pitchers of sodas. Considering how busy the bowling alley was that night, the food came out quickly and was great for our group. Just remember your eating at bowling ally, so don’t expect 5 star restaurant quality food. We had an amazing time bowling, and right before our time was up, a staff member came over with a handwritten thank-you card along with some free games for a future visit. That was such a thoughtful gesture. Overall, the customer service was fantastic and the price was very fair. For two hours of bowling and 10 shoe rentals, it came out to about $19.95 per person. That’s a great value, especially since I checked two other locations, one would have been $54 per person and the other $25 per person. Of course, every place offers a slightly different experience, but if you’re simply looking to have a fun time bowling, this was definitely the best value. Thank you for hosting our group and for making us feel welcomed, appreciated, and valued as customers. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

  What's the point of having unlimited bowling for a whopping two hours or not at all due to limited hours? When are league bowlers supposed to be able to practice if the lanes are not available? Bowlero destroyed a beautiful bowling alley by ruining the old Cafe area. Bowlero's food is overpriced, bland and boring. It's all frozen heat and eat. The entire building is run down. Bowlero has destroyed bowling. Finally, you are messing with a pro shops business with your messed up hours. That Pro shop has been here since this place opened, why are you messing with them?

  The staff was pleasant and eager to help. They have multiple lanes to play on even though it was very busy. While I didn't eat any food, it looked good. The arcade room looked like there was a good variety and fun, though I didn't play. I must say the bathrooms leave a bit to be desired as I thought they were too dirty.

  On 7 and 8 lanes there is a little ramp and I was in a tournament and I did horrible because of that ramp and there is barely any room in the bowling alley it’s all small and crowded and the service is really nice and the people is nice
