The staff told us they couldn’t place us next to other groups because we were “not experienced” and asked us to wait over an hour until others finished. We waited, but no one called us. When we followed up, they said they had “attempted to call” but admitted they forgot. The way we were treated made us feel it was more about how we looked than our experience. It was upsetting and unwelcoming, and we only stayed because we had already purchased a voucher. Everyone deserves to feel comfortable and respected in a place of entertainment, regardless of what they wear or how they look. It was also not clean!
