- MMMadisonNov 14, 20254.0I went here recently with my husband and daughter had a blast. The gentleman who got our shoes and got us set up was very nice and accommodating. However since we had a offer card we weren't assigned and server. This was completely fine untill we went to get drinks and food (we paid for) and one of the servers was rude and didn't want to serve us. So we had to have someone from the back do our transaction. The other server who was not serving our side was very nice and brought us a pitcher of water. This could have been a misunderstanding but just seemed off. Definitely will be back and hope it goes smoother next time.

We first went to the AMF on Ray and McClintock, but they couldn’t accommodate us and weren’t very friendly. I’m so glad we decided to come to this location instead, it made all the difference! The entire staff here was so friendly and welcoming, and they truly made our experience so much better. I’ll gladly drive a little farther just to come to this location from now on!

- ATAndy ThompsonNov 5, 20255.0We made a lane reservation online. When we got there the manager graded us. He was the most professional, funny and customer service orientated manager I've ever met. He made us feel like family not as a customer. He checked on us several times to see if the lane was performing well. Took our food order. I mean he was just a man all around the whole building. When we were done came over and thanked us for coming in and seeing them shook both of our hands. I mean the guy was 10 out of 10 stars!
