  Went 5 times. Bowled twice. Forced to leave because they give priority to the leagues. I get it that people LOVE doing this thing. But maybe leave half the lanes for public bowling? It makes it feel like bowling is being gate kept for some reason?

  Machines need work, would always remove extra pins down when clearing. The main gripe here is the lack of attention when notifying the manager upfront about not having soap in the men's restrooms when I first got there. Then after I notified another attendant at the counter and a few hours later they still had done nothing about it. I had to have my daughter get me soap from the women's bathroom in order to wash my hands.

  Our experience was negatively impacted by a serious health and safety issue. When we arrived, multiple people in our party noticed that the men’s restroom had no soap. We immediately notified staff, including the manager. We were at this location for approximately four hours, and despite multiple employees being informed, the issue was never resolved. Guests and employees were unable to properly wash their hands during that entire time. Our group had to rely on hand sanitizer we brought ourselves. In a public venue, this is an unacceptable sanitation issue and raises real concerns about hygiene standards. We hope management takes this seriously and addresses it immediately.

  Everyone should try bowling at least once in their lifetime because it is such a fun thing to do with your family. And now that I started taking my kids on Sundays...we are all addicted! It such a great time...so much so I suggested for my mom's bday party and then went even further to suggest it to my boss as a company event. He was super hesitant and wasn't fond of the idea at first because they are more pickle ball, corn hole, or golf so the suggestion was a crap shoot but he agreed! Once I had him on board it was a stressful to make sure he was pleased with making this our end of the year company event. I booked for 40-45 people at this location since me and my family have always had a great experience here. Fast forward day of the event I show up early to make sure everything looks ok, meet everyone I need to meet, and some things in order to ensure everything is seamless. I met the team that I would be working with from GM-Aris,April- Cook Manager, Michael- Mechanic Manager, Minnie- front desk, and the fabulous servers/bartenders - Sophia and Breana...the reason I mention all of them is because I was introduced to all these people that would be working with us from start to finish and from start to finish they were AMAZING!! Every single one of them made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. Sophia and Breana did such an awesome job to make sure we never had to ask twice for anything. This team even made a huge exception to let us come in earlier than they open and they made no issue with it which made it even more amazing. Aris definitely made herself present and checked on us constantly and you can tell her great leadership trickled down to her great team that she has under her. If you are ever considering a different experience and want to ensure you have great customer service from start to finish...this is definitely the place. Like I said in the beginning...this has become our Sunday family tradition as well as a bday party spot and now my boss is talking coming back with our group. Everything we ordered for our food selections came out with such great taste and great temperature. Complements to the cook - Charley and the porter - Justin for making sure the area was constantly clean and well kept the whole time and as well as the whole entire Bowlero. Thank you so much for making MY job look easy and erasing any doubt my boss had in doing this.
