We did spend a good part of our 2 ours in Bay 1 having to re-position the ball multiple times only for it still not track. Even having to just "concede" at times. And we have all played several times on these sims and understand how it works. I texted the number from the instruction sheet after telling how our experience went. Crickets. Maybe better luck next time.
