- EMEric MillsJan 6, 20265.0This is a combo RV park and mobile home park. Lot sizes are very good and location to interstate is about 5 to 6 minute's drive. Far enough to have a quiet space. I had my RV parked there for about 5 years. I left as I no longer needed to be in the area. Definitely recommend if you’re like a contractor that needs a long term place that is convenient to the North Alabama community.

- MTMorghan TurnerDec 15, 20252.0I absolutely hate living here. It’s over priced. They raise the rent all the time. My wife and I rent one of mobile homes. They only look nice until you move in and have boat loads of problems. Don’t fall for it like we did. The water goes out 24/7 especially in the winter. We’ve been here 3 years and have hated every minute. They do inspections all the time which is such an invasion of privacy. I hate strangers just walking around the place I call home. They go in even when you’re not home and I don’t trust them as far as I can see them. These homes are cheaply made and overpriced. The roads are tiny and way too many speed bumps. We are patiently waiting to get the heck out of this place.
- TCTamie CawleyOct 31, 20255.0Its a Humongous Mobile Home & RV Park. Its clean with lots of room. They offer nightly spots up front so you don't have to look through the whole park. If you call ahead of time and get situated. It was a breeze setting the 5th Wheel up for monthly stays. Its clean & the people in the office are very nice & accommodating. Gentleman even offered to help us if we needed it. He didn't have to but he did! We've stay here numerous times. This is our 3rd time for monthly stays due to my husband's job.
